Where is Elite Celebrations located, and which areas do you serve?
Our office is at 11334 Boggy Creek Rd, Ste 121, Orlando, FL 32824, near Lake Nona. We plan events throughout Orlando and Central Florida, including Lake Nona, Winter Park, Windermere, and Kissimmee, and we travel for destination weddings and corporate events.
What types of events do you plan?
We plan luxury weddings, quinceañeras, Sweet 16 parties, corporate events, conferences, holiday parties, and nonprofit galas, as well as anniversaries and milestone celebrations.
Do you plan events in Spanish and Portuguese?
Yes. Our team speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese, so you, your family, and your guests can plan in the language you are most comfortable with.
How much does an event planner cost in Orlando?
Our wedding services start at $1,500 for virtual planning and $1,899 for day-of coordination, with month-of planning from $3,500, partial planning from $5,000, and full planning from $7,000. Quinceañera planning starts at $3,500, and corporate event coordination starts at $4,000. Every proposal is customized to your guest count, venue, and design.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, booking about 10 months ahead gives you the most venue and date options, though we can plan in as little as two to three months. For large corporate events, we recommend booking at least three months ahead.
Do you help find the venue and vendors?
Yes. We know Orlando’s top venues, including the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, The Wave Hotel in Lake Nona, and the Dr. Phillips Center, and we recommend and book trusted vendors for florals, catering, photography, music, and more. Venue research and walkthroughs are included in our full, partial, and month-of packages.
